Update: Phase 2 of the GO ZERO Single Family Rebate Application Portal will open on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM (PT).
- Rebate amounts are updated for Phase 2. Please refer to the updated Frequently Asked Questions webpage.
- Installations on and after September 4, 2026, are eligible to apply. Please note that starting on March 2, 2027, a rolling date will apply.
- The application continues to require photos of the old and new units, model and serial numbers, and permits.
- Rebates will not be approved without finalized permits.

The South Coast AQMD Governing Board approved Phase 2 of the GO ZERO Incentive Program on October 2, 2026, for a funding amount up to $60.2 million.
