To provide potential bidders additional time to formulate proposals, the deadline for submittals was extended to September 27, 2024. A notice for this deadline extension was also posted on the South Coast AQMD webpage for Grants and Bids.

A virtual bidders' conference was held on August 28, 2024, to provide potential bidders with the opportunity to ask questions about the RFP. Participation in the bidders' conference was optional.
