South Coast AQMD’s Governing Board has established a public comment period allowing any interested person to review and comment on South Coast AQMD BACT determinations that result in BACT requirements that are more stringent than previously imposed BACT. Any member of the public wishing to be notified of these BACT determinations may sign up in the following ways:
