The Community Air Protection Program (CAPP) provides incentives to fund a variety of emissions and exposure reduction projects in AB 617 communities. South Coast AQMD has developed the Green Space Project Plan to provide funding for green space projects in the Southeast Los Angeles (SELA) designated AB 617 community. The project plan identifies program eligibility and participant requirements and is available by visiting the link below. The Green Space Project Plan was approved by CARB on January 4, 2024.
South Coast AQMD anticipates accepting applications under this program through a future Request for Proposals solicitation.
