Mobile Fueler Gasoline Dispensing


Rule 461.1 - Gasoline Transfer and Dispensing for Mobile Fueling Operations was adopted on January 7, 2022.

Mobile Fueler Reporting Portal

Effective July 1, 2022, the owner or operator of an applicable retail mobile fueler shall electronically submit the information required by Rule 461 (k)(2) for each dispensing location by the applicable deadline specified in Rule 461.1 (m)(1) prior to initially operating or resuming operation at a dispensing location pursuant to Rule 461.1 (g)(1).

The information required pursuant to Rule 461.1 (g)(1), (k)(2), and (m)(1) shall be submitted to the South Coast AQMD via the Mobile Fueler Reporting Portal.  The Mobile Fueler Reporting Portal can be used to:

  • Create and Manage Account
  • File Rule 461.1 Forms
