Compliance Reminders

Rule 461.1 requires the owner or operator of an applicable retail mobile fueler or applicable non-retail mobile fueler to submit the monthly gasoline dispensing records required by paragraph (k)(6) through (k)(8) for the previous calendar year by March 1 of the following year.

These complete monthly gasoline dispensing records should be submitted via one of the following methods:
