The dates in the parentheses are either the closing date for comments on the draft CEQA document or the South Coast AQMD Governing Board Meeting Public Hearing Date when the final CEQA document was certified.

CEQA analysis of the Proposed Cooperative Agreement between South Coast AQMD and the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles
The proposed Cooperative Agreement: 1) requires the Ports to develop and implement charging and fueling infrastructure plans; 2) incorporates provisions for South Coast AQMD to recover reasonable costs for staff expenses; and 3) establishes a Clean Air Mitigation Fund, which the Ports agree to pay into in the event of failure to complete specified actions within their control. Final Subsequent Environmental Assessment (SEA) for Proposed Amended Rule (PAR) 1111 – Reduction of NOx Emissions from Natural Gas-Fired Furnaces, and PAR 1121 – Reduction of NOx Emissions from Small Natural Gas-Fired Water Heaters
Amendments to Rule 1111 and Rule 1121 were proposed for consideration at the June 6, 2025 Public Hearing (see Agenda 28 of the Governing Board Package) but the project was not approved. For reference, the Final SEA is provided in Attachment J of Agenda 28.
