• Final Environmental Assessment (EA) for Proposed Amended Rule 463 - Organic Liquid Storage (PDF, 2 MB)

• Proposed Amended Rule 1146.2 – Emissions of Oxides of Nitrogen from Large Water Heaters, Small Boilers and Process Heaters 

A detailed CEQA analysis, which demonstrates that the Proposed Amended Rule 1146.2 is considered a later activity of the 2022 Air Quality Management Plan such that no new environmental document would be required, can be found in the Appendix A of Attachment G to the June 7, 2024 Governing Board Package.

• South Coast Air Basin Attainment Plan for the 2012 Annual PM2.5 Standard (PM2.5 Plan) 
  A detailed CEQA analysis, which demonstrates that the PM2.5 Plan is considered a later activity of the 2022 Air Quality Management Plan (AQMP) and the 2016 AQMP such that no new environmental document would be required, can be found in the Appendix VIII of the PM2.5 Plan.
